It's really amazing what Jim managed to do with this character. It's a very difficult character to portray. You need to memorize all these long lines that are so confusing and then deliver it fast. Obviously there are a lot of takes, but still. Bravo.

(1) sure he's careful about his hygiene but sometimes throughout the show disregards the hygiene of others, (2) not always, he seemed to get sick from not following hygiene, (3) 80% of republicans follow guidelines and stay safe, the rallies, they wear masks most of the time, and staying outside decreases your chances. I'm sure you can come to the conclusion that he is apolitical and not a democrat nor a republican. The people their are safe and tested before entering.
