Strv 74 has one of the best guns of tier 6 mediums. Its lazer accurate and there is little to no need for gold ammo. Absolute joy to play with that tank.

VK 30.01D is the German Cromwell. It's almost as fast and has a better gun. When you compare this gun to the Cromwell's, it looks better than it presented here. It's good for circle strafing when aim time doesn't matter so much. It also has decent camo and view range, so you can flex into a scout role if your light tank dies. I used this tank in Strongholds until the Crom B came out. I've had it a very long time, it's one of my down tier favorites. 3 marked and splattered with progressive decals. ;) Love ya skill!!

Think of the VK as a Cromwell with a more accurate gun and a turret not made out of ammo racks

Also with a better view range, and a much faster standard shell. At the price of being just a little bit slower. For me, it's a better "cromwell variant".

The STRV 74 and the P43 bis are both great tier 6 tanks IMO. I've never played the VK 30.01D.

VK 3001D is a great tank with a combination of good mobility, gun and armor (against lower tiers). The only issue is the gun dispersion because it moves and turns so fast and gun laying drive makes this tank so much better.

I got my VK early when I first started playing and never sold it like I did with other tanks to pay for the next tank up. It was just too good to sell. A solid all around performer that can take on different roles as needed!

That VK is my favorite tier 6 tank. Good mobility, fast shell with good dispersion and light tank view range is what I like about it.

had so much fun with the cromwell and vk3001d back in the days when kv-1s was king. their gun handling (bloom and aim time) both have always been so bad as you can see in the video though. they're still good tanks though!

Strv74 is such an amazing tank. I don't know why, but it is my best tank damage wise in the tier 6 with a big margin. more than 20% better than the next medium tank. Probably a combination of speed, camo, gun depression (even with a paper turret) and gun handling. Plus it hits reasonably hard with decent dpm.

I just got the P.43 bis as a starting point for that line only because of battle pass points, had enough XP to upgrade it some and the crew is topping out on 2nd and 3rd skill, I won a level III and the next high level crew books in my 3d game , said some kind of special reward is all it said, I like the gun upgrade that is tier VI for a tier VI tank and it seems deal some damage at 240 a round.

i would rate gun for strv 74 as a 4 cos of sad alpha dmg compare to the 5 thier.

it's got better alpha (150 avg) then the other tier 6's with 75mm guns like: vk3001d (135 avg), vk3002m (135 avg), cromwell (135 avg), shermans (110 avg), skoda t25 (110 avg), etc.... really it only has lower alpha then a few meds at tier 6 - only t-34-85 (180 avg) and p43bis (240 avg) comes to mind
