I had Watched that through KZbinrs Scarfulhu and IHE, honestly the whole movie was a "just glad to be working" kinda deal, seems like the voice actors we're having fun with it, I guess... but maybe not for the animators, I feel like they could give less of a flying fuck. If I recall, in Scarfulhu's review he points out they use a damn "suit up" animation 2-3 times, it's quite unsettling and it's the entire sequence each time... If Ratatoing doesn't scream fraudulence or copyright infringement, then I don't know what does. But I guess anything goes in Brazil. :V

TBF, that version of the joke only works well in text I think. It pronounced "uh-part-ment", and saying "up-art-ment" is actually more confusing, like what the fuck even is an "up-art-ment"?
