Nice video! For your next visit....Update: Maka moved into Mana Foods store! Mostly juices and smoothies and bowls. There are also a lot of restaurants that offer vegan options! Even Ko at the Fairmont! More and more options keep popping up....this vegan is a happy mermaid!!! Rodeo general store in Makawao has an amazing vegan sandwich that is easily 2 meals on a plate! I could go on and on....Aloha!

Thanks for the video. A couple of side notes. The passion fruit bowl you mentioned is really dragon fruit. Passion fruit is very yellow. And the “mangos” on the tree are really papayas. Thanks again.

Used to go to Down to Earth as a kid w/ my mum when I lived in Maui :) Now I'm back 7 years later and can't wait to go again and stock up on lots of vegan food!

@@Worldofvegan well the last time i was there was 2011. so i'm sure there's new stuff. but i love the health store in kihei because it's across the street from my fave. beach. i also love the market in paia VEGAN4LIFE.YOU ever go tp tropical tacos?it might be kauai but they had curry tofu tacos. so yummy.
