I attend SNHU online. As a Veteran SNHU accepted 54 credits from my residential and nonresidential courses and schools I attended in the Corps. I am a Psychology Major and doing great. I’m in my 4th course Abnormal Psych and so appreciative for my Professors and classmates. I work as a case manager for the Veteran Affairs and the education that I have received has improved my quality of life so much. I just turned 50. I did not graduate with my class in high school cause I had to go to summer school. After my time in the Corps I graduated from MMI as a Harley and Yamaha tech. Long story short back in school for a new career. It’s never too late and you can accomplish anything you as long as you work hard. By the way SNHU also partners with Sophia Learning where I am taking the rest of my gen eds and focus on my fun core psych classes and save $$$ Stay Driven Fortuna Favet Fortibus.

Cathy I am set to participate in the graduation ceremony with UAGC in May of 2023. I am graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (psychology) degree 🙌🏾👩🏾🎓🫶🏾. My experience with UAGC has been an amazing experience, one that I wouldn’t change for nothing or for anyone. If the UAGC is your bottom line, believe me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed! UAGC is Tony the Tiger GREEEEEEEEEEAT! However, for me, at 51 going on 52 years old and having finance issues, raising two teenage daughters, and helping with my three grandchildren, I am searching for affordable but yet quality educational options in attempts to build a better life for myself and my children all while showing them that it is never, ever to late to follow your dreams!!

I am a grad student of the UAGC, in fact the spring graduation is set for May 2023. I am super excited!! While the UAGC was certainly an amazing experience that I am so fortunate to have had the pleasure of experiencing, for a masters degree, I am leaning towards Purdue University Global because of the low tuition cost and the three week trial run. It is very important to know and to understand what you are up against. I believe the three week trail run is a beneficial gesture for us who’s seeking a higher education. It allows for us to get a feel of what the experience will be like and if the experience is or isn’t exactly what we are looking for. So, again, I am leaning towards PUG.

I've been debating back and forth between Purdue Global, SNHU and Penn State for a while now. My only hangup with Purdue is that, while yes its 371 per credit, their course are 5 or 6 credit courses and undergrad degrees are 180 credits as opposed to SNHU's 320 per credit 120 credit undergrad degree. So with their credit system their courses come out to almost double the cost than that of SNHU.

I think the video fails to factor in the credit hour requirements at each university to determine affordability. For example, Purdue Global's $371 credit hour rate seems inexpensive until you realize that most bachelor's require 180 hours for completion. When you compare this to the 120 credit hour requirement by most other schools, they are among the most expensive. I did a breakdown comparing similar degrees at each institution: Purdue Global (non-profit, public), BS Business Admin., 180 credit hours, $371, Total: $66,780. Accredited by HLC. SNHU (non-profit, private), BS Business Admin., 120 credit hours, $320, Total: $38,400. Accredited by NECHE. GCU (for-profit, private), BS Business Admin., 120 credit hours, $485, Total: $58,200. Accredited by HLC. Arizona Global Campus (non-profit), BA Business Admin., 120 credit hours, $510, Total: $61,200. Accredited with Notice of Concern by WSCUC. Capella University (for-profit), BS Business, Business Admin Concentration, 180 credit hours, $357/$411, Total: 69,120 (traditional, non-Flexpath). I hope this breakdown helps paint a fuller picture of the actual costs, of course, these costs are for someone starting off from scratch. Those with transfer credits will be able to lower their costs significantly.

I wish I had found this sight before enrolling but honestly, I think I would still have gone with SNHU for my bachelor's degree. The majority of the classes that I had already taken were able to transfer and I enrolled in January of this year with a start date of February. I will graduate in February of 2023 with Bachelor's in Psychology and will then go on to obtain my Master's degree, though I have not decided yet on whether or not I will continue on at SNHU or possibly move over to Capella University. It really all depends on the overall cost. I am hoping that I am still eligible for the $500 scholarship since of course it is still needed, that is if I were to be selected from the subscribers. Good luck to all regardless. I would like to say that so far, I have really enjoyed my experience with SNHU. Everyone has been tremendously helpful from enrollment to advisors and even the professors. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I just transferred from there, look up state of California Vs. Ashford University. That's the main reason I transferred. I was sad as I was already 3 quarters of they way through to my degree, but then realized that my degree wasn't going to be a very solid one, I transferred because I wanted my degree to be a respected one, and not come along with the, "oh ain't that the school, who uses to scam their students," currently waiting on my 260 dollar check from the lawsuit California won against them. Remember back in december/January when we all got the emails stating the school name was changing, that's why.... lied about gow much the classes where costing and how fast we would get our degrees, and how much financial aid we was getting. Navient, the old loan provider was in on it as well, well might as well say they was, because they got sued as well for scamming and misrepresentation.
