Shenk, Eldritch, Pindle and NM Baal + waves are all too low lvl to roll arach. They can drop spiderweb sash but it cannot roll arach. I know this is an old vid. but just want it clear for new viewers. The other comment about this is a bit far down. No shade on Old School Game Snob, love the channel.

Yeah I feel like maybe it was dropable at some point because someone I know in RL told me they got it from eldrich but according to silospen's calc very few monsters can drop it.

Been farming mephisto like a madman for arachnid. Ive been counting the runs and after 624 runs it dropped but of course it was ethereal… it broke today and im now run 330 again without any luck 😁

Had been playing resurrected off and on for about 3 months; had about 286 MF and found it clearing the entire Hell chaos area prior to Diablo or even the seals. Was about 3 other players doing a cow level; and it just dropped less than 5 minutes in..... I've played off and on for a couple of decades....so its about dang time. (short of just buying in from or trading for it)

Yep, I"ve always gotten arachnid from hell mephisto. Just got one a couple days ago from hell meph after starting just a couple weeks ago.

while its true that hell meph CAN drop arach, its still his most rare unique drop... so calling him the BEST for finding it, is simply not true.

@@peterlusstig2680 Actually hell Mephisto (non-quest) has about a 1:1550 chance to drop arachnid in a P1 game with 100%MF, about the same as Baal and Diablo but obviously much faster and easier to farm than them. Odds increase to 1:850 in a P8 game with 400%MF. Other areas are slower since non-bosses (about 1:18000 chance from a few super unique monsters like de Seis are the best chance) have a very small chance to drop arachnid and are not that much faster to farm than Mephisto. Many people, including myself, have farmed multiple arachnids from Mephisto, definitely the best place to get one.

​@@IMP3TIGO well, i agree that most builds farm meph faster than cs (which makes ur point valid)... but since diablo's (and some mobs in cs) plain number on arach is BETTER than mephs (even tho its small difference), with the right build/right equip (hammerdin/light sorc) u can farm cs as fast as meph (~1min)... which makes it the BEST place in my book. sure its marginal but it is what it is :) but yeah, if u take the investment into consideration that u need to farm "cs fast" vs "meph fast", then meph is the place to go. i mean, i founds a couple arachs from him aswell, yet i found more with my hammerdin from cs... anyways, pretty pointless to argue over small differences like that (lets just call it rare^^). good day sir

You'r spreading false fact man. haha imagine the dude listening and spending hours in nm ball to drop arach XD ... Arach can only spawn in few spot in hell. Even pindle hell can't drop arach. The best spot is by far Mephisto in hell. But you can find it in all lvl 85 area on elite boss pack. Ball can drop it and I think diablo also can drop arach. (all in hell)

Pindle definitely can't drop arach. Hands down the best farm for arach mesh is hell mephisto.

Ive been farming that belt for a week now in hell meph. I even dropped maras 2x in that and I have like 28 essence of hatred now. that fkn belt wont drop at me. i swear, if another maras drop on me, im gonna take a break on that game lol

try Diablo, he has a very high chance. I finally got mine after like 7 runs of Hell Diablo, although that's me being super lucky. For most people it takes like 25 to 50 runs roughly. I don't know if it helps but i got it on my 600% MF Barb.

This guy has a limited understanding of what can drop certain uniques. He is under the impression that if it drops the white item it can drop the unique. This is not the case. Certain high lvl uniques need a monster level higher than the minimum mlvl required to drop the white version. Arach will not drop in nightmare.

What's your MF%? it'll take a while, it took me like 77 runs on my 600% MF Barb and that's the game being generous. Blizzard North knew Tals Chest piece was really good so it's drop chances are a fair bit lower than most like Trangs. The Resurrected devs used the exact same drop chances for uniques as base D2 & LoD.

well just as stupid as blood raven can drop it, but not council member from trav , pindle is monster level 86, council member are level 85 (except meph council and throne) so both of these place cant drop arach mesh, BUT blood raven is monster level 88 (STUPID ITS ACT FUCKIN ONE), then trav council are act 3 and wtf mlvl 85???... and worse like you said fuckin pindle act 5 only lvl 86... oh and that fuckin spiderweb sash,... Because once you get up to like 700 Mana , your Mana regen is insane. I think I have like 900 Mana and I never need to drink Mana pots unless I'm fighting baal.
