We go on a sunset mission in late November to show you our favourite place to see the sunset in Fuerteventura. On the way to La Pared we stop at Mirador Sicasumbre (just outside Pajara). There are fantastic views from this viewpoint and it's also the best place on the island for seeing the night sky. There are a couple of free telescopes to use.

Love your videos. hoping to get to Fuerteventura for New Year, if we are allowed and if I can get the testing sorted. I was in Corralejo in May 2019 and if you stand on the jetty by the town beach you can get the sunrise to come up through the volcano on Lobos which makes a great photo!

Hi Dale, we are expecting more flights to the islands once English lockdown ends tomorrow. Overall though there will be 50% less flights than in December 2019. So it will certainly feel busier that it has been but won't be anywhere near usual numbers. Lots of bars and restaurants are open and waiting for more tourists, just double check your hotel before coming out as some are still closed.

@@daleansell89 I would. Some third party websites are unfortunately selling rooms in hotels that aren’t yet open. Best to give them a quick ring directly and check, they are getting a lot of email traffic

@@eddyedwards4274 yes you need to have evidence of a negative PCR test done a maximum of 72 hours prior to arrival. Currently they are not accepting rapid antigen test results but that may change as the Canarian president is appealing to the Spanish government for this
