Great video! But, $500 for a fire extinguisher and mounting bracket is a little steep. Yes, I have an over $65,000 vehicle but those extinguishers are definitely way over priced.

Have you looked at the Element fire extinguishers? It's one of those "road flare" styles that seem to be popular. But I saw some videos of it not putting out staged grease, engine and camp fires. I was gonna get an extinguisher for my rig and was looking at the Element but having second thoughts. Thoughts?

Question: with the seat mounted option mounted to the passenger seat will te seat still move forward. If so, how far forward?

It all depends on the vehicle and how the seat is mounted on the track. In our Toyotas the seat slider is no longer operational.

Have you guys considered options like the Element Fire Extinguisher Stick? Light weight and never having to be recharged seems like a significant advantage.

I dunno if that's a good solution. Videos show that model of stick not getting the job done. You may have different experiences though

They arent fire extinguishers. They do not fulfill any UL requirement. They will leave you watching your vehicle burn.

@@ThatOtherDave Dont need to. Seen them in action enough to never trust them. And if you look up what they are truly. You will be surprised by them calling themselves a fire extinguisher. Again, no UL permit. Which means A LOT when it comes to a fire extinguisher.
