I have used GUF in the past, which looked great on my 10-year old, beige Weathertech floor mats and didn’t feel slippery to the touch. However, the mats were dangerously slippery when I put my sneakers on them to drive, forcing me to scuff them up for safety reasons. You said the mats did not feel slippery to the touch with both of these coatings, but did you get a chance to test if they are slippery during actual use? Thanks for the great video. Hey Tom, yes I tested it in the car. Zero slip to them. This is why I prefer those over GUF.

Hi Frank, love the joke about the glove police made me laugh out loud. It’s a love hate relationship with weathertech mats. I’ve tried many products and GUF does the best but like you said it doesn’t last long. I’ll definitely have to try the Bola solutions it looks great in your video. Hey Mario thank you for watching as usual. To answer your question I have never mixed the 2 I dont really believe in this process. I have always used dedicated pre-washes or APC at 10:1 depending on what im looking at. I'm not a fan either of Active Foam, I use Superfoam. Descale is an amazing slick soap, check all the boxes but as far as declogging coating I havent had success at proper dilution. I use DIY water spot remover for that. I mean, we're told to be so careful about damaged the ceramic coatings on our paint, etc.... Would you walk around on your hood in a pair of dirty shoes? These floor mat coatings are an absolute waste of money for the koolaid drinkers out there...
