Do you have a stretching routine that is just for a rest day. Maybe a half hour stretching session or would this be too much. Thanks Trent

Awesome video. Thanks for sharing. Will definitely give these a try. Looks like there is no stress on knees here. I have been doing forward lunges, side lunges and knee to wall which has quite a lot of stress on the knees
