I’m 37 weeks with my 3rd! Such good breath reminders. My 2nd was unmedicated and the “breathe your baby down and out” was the mantra that helped me so much.

Love her yoga videos! I've been doing her yoga workouts since the beginning of my pregnancy and it has helped me to sleep so much better. I have restless legs syndrome and its gets worst week by week, but her workouts & stretches makes me feel much better. I'm Week 37 and feeling confident & strong 🧡

Hi Jessica! Are these exercises still ok to do if baby is already in a head down position? I’m just worried it might make baby turn breech again 😅
