I was feeling so sad. I have not been motivated to do anything. I tried this video a few weeks ago when I was more motivated. Today I just told myself I knew I would be happier after and that it was good for my baby. I have a big smile on my face and tears of joy in my eyes. Thank you!

If you're a beginner or find she's going too fast I recommend playing it at 0.75x speed.

Great and simple workout, thanks! Though I wish you would guide the breath more, such as in the lunge to 'airplane' and then sweep to the front - you say follow your breath, but when should I inhale and when should I exhale? Just a suggestion for future videos 😊

I'm not sure if it's a me-thing or a pregnancy thing, but lifting the lower leg to meet the top leg causes some serious muscle pulling pain in my obliques! Same thing happened in another video where you lift both legs at the same time. I have to modify by putting the toe of my top leg crossed over in front of me and only lift my bottom leg.

10 weeks and just barely getting my energy back. I can only do half of this before feeling wiped which is such a let down (prior to pregnancy I lifted weights every day). My goal is to be able to get through this whole video before I hit 2nd trimester!

Good workout like many she has done. Just I am at the 1st trimester and very worried (after multiple miscarriages) one of them exercises looked a bit too strong on the abs so I simply skipped. She is good overall but always feel your body.
