Love my AR630 unit. It’s quiet, well built, and easy to use. I’ve got it mounted on the BigBoi WashR Pro wall mounting reel. The AR630 fits well on the shelf after you readjust the supplied AR mounting plates and drill mounting holes on the reel shelf to align with AR unit. I was waiting for the BigBoi WashR Pro pressure washer and got tired of BigBoi’s failure to distribute/deliver a unit in the US and then made the decision to get the AR. A good decision it is and glad that I made the move.

I got a lightning deal on Amazon for a AstroAI Wide Neck Foam Cannon, with 1/4 Inch Quick Connector Plug to Pressure Washer, 1.0mm Orifice,1 Liter Capacity, Orange Lable for $5.79. It works AMZINGLY well! I even recommended it at the regular price of $15.99, it already has the 1.0mm Orifice, I used it with a Harbor Freight Portland 1750 PSI electric pressure washer, 50' Uber flex hose, and HF Pressure Washer Stubby Spray Gun with quick connects on all. My full setup was $193.97 and works fantastic.

I got the Go from AVA of Norway after watching IMJOSHV's review. For $250 you get a quality washer plus 40ft of quality hose, an "unbreakable" foam cannon as good as the MJJC (half a container's worth will snow my car 2x), some other great accessories. Cost for a short gun add on is $15. Not too noisy either. Oh yeah, register it and there's a five year warranty at which you will get an upgrade kit and warranty extension of five more years!

I had a pressure washer hose (simpson) that lasted for three uses with a new gas pressure washer (3100psi/2.4gpm). The first upgrades were a better longer 50' hose, an additional higher quality 25' hose with a good gun wand and QCs where needed. Next was an armor all foam cannon w/1.1 jet replacement that shoots shaving cream if I want that type of coverage. I need a good swivel and I need to install the 250ez unloader that's collecting dust. If I can get those final 2 upgrades installed, I should have an excellent cleaning system.

The Active VE52 and 2.0 will put out about 1900-2000psi with a 2.5 orifice nozzle and run well on a 15amp circuit and have better flow than any of the budget washers if you need a little more cleaning power for around the house. I bought myself a simoniz platinum pressure washer recently (VE52) and it's great for everything i need it to do as an enthusiast and a home owner, also put a 50' Uber flex and haven't had any issues with surging, they revised the pressure switch to help with issues.

I bought a Comet 1700 Static pressure washer in 2019, upgraded the gun and added an MTM foam cannon right away and it has been great. Integrated wall mount and reel with a decent hose. 1.9 gpm/1000 psi with a 4.0 orifice and runs great on a 15 amp circuit. I have since updated to a Cox hose reel and the newer 100-ft long blue hose from Obsessed Garage (very flexible, durable and easy to clean). I will likely upgrade to a Kranzle (or possibly dual Kranzles) someday, but that is a ways off. Completely overkill for my needs, but I'm a sucker for high quality tools and equipment. A Porsche may not be attainable for me, but I'd be happy with the Porsche of pressure washers. 😆

I am still rocking the Active 1.0 (sold as Simonize at Canadian Tire here) and will do until it dies. I immediately upgraded it with an MTM kit (short swivel gun + wand, 50' hose and foam cannon) from Carzilla, which cost more than the pressure washer itself, but offered a much better experience. We'll see once the pressure washer dies what I replace it with, but I am not sure it is really worth investing more as the performance of that cheap pressure washer is still pretty dang good. I also recently got a DeWalt 60V "power cleaner" for my rinseless wash set up and, although it is a bit bulky and heavy I use more than the pressure washer as I siphon a rinseless solution making things a bit quicker and efficient. It should also be great in winter, when I can't use the pressure washer at all.

Uber flex hose, car interior detailing kit (takavu), suds lab tire shine applier, a grit guard for your bucket/buckets. quick disconnect kit for ur tools and hoses, Wash mitts(2-3)(aidea), tool daily foam cannon for pressure washer. Lastly you could get a 40 degree nozzle for ur gun to wash cars better from mckillans, and a tire brush for the rubber part and not the rims, along with some adams tire cleaner if u need a go to one this one’s it

In car detailing i never really see any hot water pressure washers like Hotsy's or NorthStar being used. Outside of them being expensive, is there a reason why detailers do not use them? Most have a temperature control so i feel you could add some heat without damage. Most things always seem to clean better with heat in my experience. I am curious if these would be part of the "dream" setup or if there are negatives to using them on a personal vehicle.

Thing about electric pressure washers cheap ones you cannot get parts to repair them .when they tear up you need to buy another one .expensive ones you can get parts and repair them .cheaper gas pressures do not have a divert valve on them and if you leave them running it will burn up the pump.

I use the diy detail rinseless wash and want to now use a battery powered sprayer to pre-spray the car instead of a pump sprayer. I am interested in getting a Ryobi EZClean 600 PSI power cleaner for other usages but feel like it may work for spraying rinseless wash on the car. Has anyone tried that? Figured it might dispense too much liquid and waste the solution too fast.
@andrewkennedy97044 ай бұрын
Cars with keav did just that. Search for the power cleaner here on youtube and it should be the first one in the results.
I am dissapointed with the Ryobi EZClean 600 PSI. I really want to try out the new Dewalt 1000 PSI 60v system (DCPW1000B 60V MAX). Might have a chance at making a real foam cannon work. The Ryobi just doesn't have the oomph for a real foam cannon. I even tried dropping down to 0.9 orifices in three different foam cannons, but not enough flow / pressure to get foam.
@CarsWithKeav4 ай бұрын
@@AMI_Detail Its for sure meant more for rinseless wash more than a foam wash. The 1200 PSI battery one from Ryobi will foam good though. 1K PSI and 60 volts let us know how it goes that seems a bit heavy. I prefer the RYOBI 18v ez clean as its much lighter than the 40v one.
