We have the king sized Casper Original All Foam (no springs)-they kind of renamed everything since we got ours, so whatever the first edition was, that’s what we have! Got it in 2019, so it’s been a bit!

Thinx Period Panties were my favorite purchase. 2-3 pairs per day and do laundry every other day. No leaks. No chafing. Comfortable. No pads. No doing anything at work in a public restroom. Nobody can see anything unless I’m wearing yoga pants and that’s avoidable. I’ve used maybe 4 pads this year. I want to buy more pairs, but they’re $40/pair. I never want to wear pads again or try tampons or menstrual cups again. I’m saving money on pads and underwear since I’m not leaking onto my underwear, pants, sheets, and towels. I have been using towels at night to protect my sheets and mattress protector, but I want to buy Chux pads like we used for residents when I worked in nursing homes. The curse of womanhood sucks, but Thinx help.

I second this! Got some this year and they’ve legitimately changed my life. No more worrying about leaking on my clothes at work because of a pad shifting, no more rushing out at the monthly onset because I realized I ran out the month before. And they’re literally so comfortable, I didn’t even realize how uncomfortable pads were until I started wearing the Thinx. I just clean most of the blood out of them in the shower and then put them in a mesh laundry bag for a gentle wash cycle. They’re a bit pricey, but if you can catch some sales or discounts to get a bundle, it’s SUCH a massive quality of life upgrade honestly. 11/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

I love the idea of this video- I want to see this from every KZbinr haha. I am intrigued by the desk shelf- it looks nicer than most monitor stands I've seen. I'll share one item I got this year- a Brother inkvestment printer. It's working so reliably and I'm just so much happier with it than I was with any previous printers. Per my research it should be one of the cheapest ink options for a home printer. Epson ecotank was also recommended a lot.

Oh, very good to know on the printers! We have one we like, but I do feel like it guzzles ink if we're printing more than the weekly grocery list. Glad you enjoyed the video!

I thought of one more to share- I got a cutting board from the Boardsmith. It's a family owned company out of Texas and the cutting board is just so fantastic and well made. Not cheap but definitely a great kitchen investment.

@@MaggiesTwoCents I am just using food grade mineral oil to oil it. Also to sanitize it from time to time you can use 1:1 ratio vinegar and water. I'm really only using it for mostly vegetables though- avoiding putting raw meat on it. We're actually cooking with less meat anyway generally similar to you guys. It's just a nice big surface to work on and I enjoy looking at it 🤣.

I’m interested in the branch basics products but I’m curious on how they smell? It says fragrance free but sometimes stuff still has a smell even then. On a different note I’m hopefully going to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in early April and I’m curious if you have any favorite restaurant recommendations? Specifically Mexican food 😍

They honestly don't smell like much! At the very most you may get a hint of vinegar, but it's so slight that I've never really thought too hard about it. My husband despises the smell of vinegar based cleaning products, and he happily uses this one all the time, if that helps at all! haha You MUST go to a Meso Maya - it's more traditional mexican food, less Tex Mex. If you want a true Tex Mex experience, I would recommend Mi Cocina for some iconic Dallas mexican food!

I feel like they caused a LOT of controversy in the recent gift guide I did, but I truly love them! They fit a lot more than you think they would-you could easily go on a 2 week trip with them filled with cosmetics like cleanser and moisturizer (in my experience.) I’ve traveled for 7 days with them so far, and I still have over half the capsule of moisturizer left. In the long run, they will save me from having to buy numerous travel sized toiletries and help me use the full sized products I already have. I think they’re worth it, because I’m playing the long, less waste game. But that’s just my two cents!
