Before the pandemic I used to travel multiple times a year including abroad, so I totally agree that luggage is a good insevestment for travelers. Someone told me that Costco had a hard case rolling luggage with 4 wheels and I love it. I also got a carry on bag with the side pocket that slides over the top of the bag which makes it so easy to travel. Definitely worth it once you find the right one for you.

I agree, the Peleton doesn’t replace the energy and community feel of a gym. I like group workouts and ppl pushing me and me pushing ppl. And my Vari standup desk was my best purchase ever!!

PS - if you sleep hot, get a wool blanket! You’d think you’d be sweating but nope it maintains your temperature and you sleep soooo much better! We have a spring and winter blanket from Pendleton. I promise!

Loved this! I ended up adopting a senior pug 3 years ago and it has been so much fun to have a little buddy around. I really don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the pandemic without her ❤️ this year I invested in a new mattress and it has been a complete game changer. I did some research & decided a helix mattress would be best for me and I couldn’t be happier. It came with 2 pillows as well that are so nice in my opinion as well.

I have the same wusthof knives and I totally agree. Your desk setup with the bookshelves is really aesthically pleasing! I ended up getting my husband a monitor shelf for his birthday similar to what you recommended, but I found it on etsy. It's made his space a little less cluttered- he's still messy haha. The part about Nash was really sweet.

Do you have your desk chair on a mat of some type to protect your floors? I have a stationary desk chair on my wood floor and I’m worried that it will ultimately damage the floor.

I don’t have a mat under my desk, because it’s on top of our engineered hardwoods. They aren’t showing any signs of scratching or anything after a few years thanks to the wheels that glide really nicely!

Hi ! Do you still recommend the medium away luggage as of today? Did it hold up well with checking the bag, did you get many scratches?

I do still love it! On one flight the wheel melted based on where it was positioned under the plane I guess? (Never got answers from the airline.) BUT because the bags have a lifetime warranty, I just contacted the company and they sent me a new one immediately. I shipped the broken one back in the same box, so easy! Go with a darker color to avoid obvious scratches. If you’re someone who likes to check your bags most often, opt for the medium. If you prefer to carryon, I would recommend the Bigger Carry On instead of the medium.
