So: can I dimm the overall brightnes? I mean, if the TV has say 3.000 nits, and I wanna take it down to 1.600 nits, can I do it? And if, would this mess up the image processing? The answer of this will help to decide which one I will (want to) buy. Thinking about the Bravia 9. Thanx Caleb, a lot, I just LOVE to watch your content and hear you talk.

@@phawxhunter my S90C got burn in within a month and a half, maybe I got a bad panel because the screen eventually died. I've been really unlucky with tvs, this will be my 5th in a little over 5 years 🤦🏾♂️

By the time that rolls off whatever production line is left standing, you'll be lucky to find a mains (120v/240v) power source to run it!

This some else, making your guides seen as a god send, its an all in one crash course with it and the 1 year old video. you see i just got my shirt for a tech retail place not swaying where to keep things legal so to not deal with people spamming me. Anyways, my worst area was the tv's it was hesitant to deal with them because i have a sub class of seizures ultra rare the flashing display make it hard to be around them for far too long it causes my nerves to not like them even though i love tech an helping out people i try on deal with going from absolute 0 to absolute 100,000 nit white flashes the new tv's get. the only con i see is there is zero gaming knowledge in this, since some new tv's finally hit 60hz an only a-few 2024 tvs actually can got 120hz an a smaller amount can do 144hz so those are the new tv's that are an easy 3,000 for them in an retail store i suspect since 8k is now a thing, 4k 144hz will finally be a more common thing new to 2025 year tvs.

It's not so much bigger versus better, it's a case of far too big for my lounge even though I have the budget for it!

Do you have to hook these TV's to the internet? Let's say I only want to watch Blu-ray movies, and I never want to hook it to the internet. Can these TV's do that? I heard these TV's won't even work at all unless you hook them to the internet. ( So they can SPY on you. ) 🧐
@devonmccarroll6509Ай бұрын
No, you don't need to connect them to the internet. A lot of people like me use a Roku or other streaming device for apps. I stream KZbin TV, and then there's Netflix and all the other things if you ever want it.

@@devonmccarroll6509 I had a salesman at BestBuy tell me if I bought any smart TV with the Google operating system, it has to be hooked to the internet or it won't work. I bought a Samsung Q70C, and I never hooked it to the internet. It works fine. I use a cable TV box, and a Blu-ray player with it. I can view KZbin from my cable box.
