One content suggestion here. HRV-/RMSSD-score is used to track especially recovery and readiness to do the next training. Josh, it would be interesting, if someone with your experience looked into HRV-/RMSSD-applications/devices. The main ones would be Whoop / Oura-ring / Kubios / Firstbeat Sports Individual. Thank you for these great, fun, and informative videos you invest your time in!

My PowerDot has definitely been something I take with me everywhere in my gym bag, whether for my quads after Murph or for my shoulders after some heavy lifting, it’s a go to for me for sure

Agreed, this thing works. Period! I too use mine everyday. It's always with me. But..... However, be aware (I speak for android use only and with the 1.0 version of the dot) it's connectivity is terrible. I have to re-pair EVERY time I use it. At its worst I have had to completely uninstall and re-install the app 7 times before it finally found a connection again. Also the app does not have control of the unit. When it crashes the stimulation continues. Going back into the app brings you to main screen, not the stim you were running. Hence having to re-connect and start again from the beginning of the cycle. This happens OFTEN. The issues seem to be across android platforms looking at a concensus of reviews. But for a very expensive piece of equipment, it's poor IMO. As I said, when it works, it's worth it's weight in gold, but the connection issues become extremely frustrating over time, to the point you want to throw it at a wall. Something to bear in mind before purchasing.

Priceless device I got since 2 years. Usually had quads burning next day after heavy squats and / or long Wall ball. Since I use it after training and in the evening, I almost don"t feel any pain on the next day.
