That was really great guys. I got to drive a super-performance cobra. A friend of mine had two of them down in Redwood City. I learned that not all Cobras are created equal. It's really nice to hear about the real ones. I like those 289s. Plenty of power and manageable. I like to hear that there are some correct ones still out there. It's only original once. Thank you.

CSX2427 was my father's car. It's no accident that it was the highest scoring SAAC Cobra ever; you know, the car didn't do it on its own - the driver wasn't bad. This was a great feature and I'm proud to say it's a part of my family lore. Steven took great care of it, and it's really rewarding to all of us to see it in the condition it's in.

@Art Vandelay LMFAO. Your bullshit call is wrong, pal. That was my dad & his brother's car. It's all documented. You're right, central PA - Adams County Motors in Gettysburg, ordered by Dick Guise.

@@RhymesWithCarbon The owner has 2 289's as well, one is Rangoon Red, and the other is Guardsman Blue. He likes the 289's better but says I get to drive 3173 soon!

James Calhoun >>> Agreed! I didn’t want to be the only one to say it, but since you paved the way, I’ll step right in: Anyone can buy fame & notoriety if they have enough money. And beside the name Steven Juliano isn’t needed as a footnote before the names of the cars, because the cars can stand tall and proud on their own 4 wheels- without any help from Mr. Juliano - thank you very much. And the way Scott Hoke and John “The Professor” Kraman all gaggled over that guy- like he was the 2nd coming of Christ- got on my nerves, after awhile. I mean... ok... mention the man and a brief bio on his connection to the hobby once, twice, maybe 3 times tops. But any more than that, is just annoying as hell and way, way over the top! Take a shot every-time Hoke & Kraman said the words “Juliani” & “collection” in the same sentence, and you’d a been passed out after the program was over. And while I feel for the daughter & her family’s recent loss of her father, I sorta’ lost interest when she mentioned him “opening up clubs in NYC.” Why... that doesn’t sound like an avid car nut to me. That sounds like he was an East Coast heavy, waving his wads of cash around, all the while playing mr. Socialite. A real car guy wrenches on his own ride and doesn’t have time for all that high society ‘Fluff-n-Puff’! I bet Juliano never wrenched on a car in his life! 🤦♂️
