Interesting to hear your views on the 84mm size. I personally think it hits a particular sweet spot as it fits beautifully in the 5th pocket on your trousers, without feeling too big.

My primary EDC is a Pioneer X, carried in a leather sheath. (Bantam Alox, secondary, in the pocket.) But also am looking at the Electrician Alox as for a secondary.

Nice edc pouches, leather v stylish - do they fit in pocket or bag I wonder 🤔 I pocket carry my SAK. Though my current choice is CRKT pilar slipjoint with German army knife ( old style) Plus SD 58mm on keychain. Thanks for sharing :)

Carry an alox bantam. Nice durability, size, wt, and functionallity. Keychain blades seem too wimpy, and larger saks seem too much. In my Goldilocks zone.

I carry mine attached to a pocket clip that attaches to the keyring so it doesnt fall out of my pocket while driving or napping. If the magnifying glass and inline phillips were available on other models i might have overlooked the swisschamp.

@@nmende00 the Explorer has the magnifying glass and is the size of a Huntsman. But Swiss Champ is still my favorite.

I'm not into pouches personally. I use the good old keychain + smartphone case combo to carry everything I need in the city. These two I would carry anyway so why not fill those up with a 58 mm (least conspicuous sized) SAK, flashlight, peanut lighter, cards (ID, bank etc.), emergency cash,maybe even a plaster etc.
