You can use hosiery to change the way it looks too. Ie, match tights to footwear to skirt to visually eliminate breaks. Hope that makes sense. People wear ankle socks with skirts too.

I find these shoe paring videos really helpful! Could you please do one for pants like this different length and tightness pants which shoes to wear and avoid. I'm really struggling with shoe parings now that the trend has changed from skinny to wide leg pants.

For an easy pairing…something like a an open shoe with thinner straps and then no ankle strap. Perhaps similar shoes that you’d wear with knee length pencil skirts!
