If you are watching this video because your baby is breeched, let me say that this did indeed work for me. I am 35 weeks prego and have tried many different things to get my baby to turn and after watching this video I tried this technique and she flipped. I felt it and then it was confirmed the next day via ultra sound. Good luck mamas😉

@@tesslopes-medina884 Hi there Tess! ❤️ Poor you!! ❤️ We are very sorry to hear that so far, you have not had any luck! But please, don't give up just yet!! Week 32 is still very early days (we know women don't see it like that, but it's true!). Some babies only just turn very late in a pregnancy... We see it all the time... So, first of all, do you know if there is anything which could prevent your baby from turning? Also, with exercises, do you mean the pelvic rocking exercises from our other video? If so, there is also another "secret" weapon which could help you. And that's moxibustion. Normally, we try moxibustion from week 34 onwards. However, if you have been trying the other exercises plus sleeping position for some time now without success, moxibustion could be the solution. We explain how it works in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0 Please just make sure that you get the approval of your doctor first because not every woman is allowed to do these exercises (f.e. in case of spine-related problems). If you have any questions Tess, please let us know! We really want to help you turn your sweet little baby! 😘 Good luck!! ❤️❤️

Hi there Cassie 😊, okay, great! Please keep in mind that all this position does is provide your baby with more room in the womb. But it is still up to your baby to "make a decision" to turn. That said, there are also more "active" ways to support that process: We have found that - as long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant - an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. We explain how it works in this video (actually, everything that we explain in this video could help): kzbin.info/www/bejne/jmTWgIKYpr97qLs And then once a woman is 34+ weeks pregnant, we have found that "moxibustion" in combination with breech baby turning exercises is more effective to turn a baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0 We hope this will help you! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️

Thanks so much for watching!! 😊 Please note a few things: 1 You don’t need to sleep in that position every night in order to make this work!! If your leg is swelling or if it feels painful after some time, stop it! 2 All the sleeping position does is providing your baby with more space to turn at night. However, it’s still up to your baby to actually do so. 3 There are other ways to support your baby during the whole turning process too. We explain the most important ones in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jmTWgIKYpr97qLs. 4 If a baby is still breech by week 34, then the combination of postural techniques and moxibustion have proven to be quite effective to turn a breech baby. In this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0 we explain how postural techniques and moxibustion work. 5 Finally, please keep in mind that there may be important reasons why your baby cannot turn. For example: if the cord is tangled around your baby, if uterine fibroids or your placenta are in your baby’s way, then your baby simply cannot turn. And unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do about it…

Thank you for this video, you guys are great. I'm 35+1 and bub is breech. This is the fifth time he's turned now from head down back up to breech and has stayed breech the past two weeks. I have been doing your exercises the past two days to flip baby and he has definitely changed position, but not quite sure if he's fully head down yet. I will find out in two days at my next scan if he has turned. Fingers crossed, we're praying it works! I'm now adding this sleep positioning tip tonight to help him more.

Hi there 😊, thanks so much for your feedback! It's always great to hear when people find out videos helpful!! 😊❤️ Please note that it is not uncommon for babies to flip several times. We have had many similar cases at the clinic. But the good news here is that your baby is ABLE to flip (which unfortunately is not always the case). And in our experience, such babies almost always end up turning head down, particularly when you do the exercises... We really hope that your baby is now turning head down (and stays that way)! 😊 Good luck for your scan and all the best for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hello Lara! 😊 For breech babies from week 34 onwards, there is actually something that is way more effective to turn the baby, instead of "just" sleeping in the right position. We explain, how the approach works in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0. It has helped many women turn their breech baby from all kinds of positions. Maybe, you find it helpful too? And please keep in mind that at that stage of a pregnancy, moxibustion (which we explain in that video) is a crucial part of any attempt to turn the baby! Finally, please also keep in mind that a baby can only turn if nothing prevents them to do so (like for example, when the cord is tangled around the baby) and when the baby still has enough space to turn (baby size vs. amount of amniotic fluid). We really hope it will help you turn your baby!! You can do it!!! 🚀 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️

@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hello Amanda! 🙂 Thanks for commenting! So basically, the right sleeping position is supposed to help provide your baby with the space that is required to turn. However, it is still up to your baby to do exactly that. So, if your baby is still breech by week 34, then these exercises plus moxibustion may be a better approach to turn your baby: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0. That's because while the exercises have the purpose of providing your baby with more space and getting more flexibility into your pelvis, moxibustion is like a trigger that is supposed to make the baby turn. So, in a way, you tell the baby to turn which is why this approach can be quite effective. Until week 34, try to go to bed in the sleeping position that we explain in our "best sleeping position to turn a breech baby". Moreover, there is an exercise on a birthing ball that could help you. Actually, we are about to publish a video which explains what you need to do (we hope we can publish it on Monday). Finally, please keep in mind that all these approaches will only work, if there are no important reasons why your baby cannot turn. For example: if the cord is tangled around your baby, then your baby just cannot turn... We hope this information helps you ;-) All the best for you and your baby!! 💕💕

We have found that, as long as a woman is less than 34 weeks pregnant, an exercise called "pelvic rocking" on a birthing ball is the most effective tool to turn a breech baby. We explain how this approach works in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0 We hope this helps! 😊 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, first of all, please don't be worried at this point! 6 months pregnant is still early days. You can worry about baby's position once you are 35+ weeks pregnant. Hi there 😊, it's GREAT to hear that this approach worked for you!! Thanks a lot for your feedback! 😊 By the way: personally, we would not worry that the fact that your baby flipped back is related to you sleeping on your right side. Sometimes, babies just do that and it is very difficult to prevent it. However, in our experience, if a baby was already head down, they normally almost always end up in the right position again. We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Thank u so much ❤️ and can you guys tell me should i need to get up and change the position from left to right while sleeping
@CareAboutLittleOnes3 жыл бұрын
Hello Nivedhini! 🙂 Thanks for commenting! You don't need to change the position during the night! Sleeping on the left side is still the safest way of sleeping for your baby. The reason why we mention that you don't need to be scared if you wake up during the night and lie on your right side is, because the newest scientific research has shown that - against common belief - it seems that there are no adverse effects on the baby from sleeping on the right side as a pregnant woman. Still, it is recommended to sleep on the left side when you are pregnant... We hope this helps! 🙂 All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️

Hi, I'm in 37 week and start these exercises my baby is in breech position.. can you please guide me baby flip during exercise orr after exercise?
@CareAboutLittleOnes10 күн бұрын
Hi there 😊, are you referring to the exercises that we show in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0 ? If so, the baby normally turns DURING the exercise, i.e.during moxibustion. However, it is also not uncommon for them to turn up to 48 hours after the exercises. Please note though: at 37 weeks, it is normally more difficult to turn a baby (but it really depends on the size etc.). We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Thanks for your video. 34+4 weeks with twins. Terrible pelvic girdle pain. 1 baby transverse, 1 breech. I really need the bottom 1 to engage very soon God willing!
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, we are very sorry to hear about your pelvic girdle pain! We know it can become quite intense, particularly when you have twins... That said, at the clinic, we managed to turn many twin babies with the help of either one of two approaches: 1 A combination of moxibustion and acupuncture which can work really well. We explain how moxibustion works in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0. 2 Alternatively, we also managed to turn a few babies with the help of moxibustion alone (30min per day) while the mother is in a side-lying position, like the one we explain in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gmGpk5J-maenpck Maybe that will help you too? 😊 By the way: in that first video about moxibustion, we also explain breech baby turning exercises. However, we normally don't do these exercises in case of twin pregnancies (that's because doctors often "forbid" women with twins to do these exercises because they are often considered "high risk" pregnancies). We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your sweeties!! ❤️

Ahhh I wish I had discovered this channel and all these videos earlier. There are so many lifestyle and sleeping position mistakes I was making that likely contributed to this: I'm 34 weeks and my baby is diagonal (flipped 180 from the opposite diagonal in the middle of the night last night...I could feel it) and I think I've felt their feet on my bladder today. I'm booked for another ultrasound at 36 weeks and am determined to 'get baby to turn' if possible by then. My doctor said to look up the breech turning positions, etc., and your videos are so clear and informative (and you two are so cute and cheerful!!) God bless!

In my 24 weeks ultrasound report there was mention that my cervical length was 4.5 cm, partially V-shaped & cervical funneling was noted so because of this i took complete rest for 6th and 7th month. Recently at 31 weeks ultrasound doctor told me that my baby is breach position & those cervical things are still same, no any changes, not causing any problem till now. Bt if the baby position remains same till the end of 9 month i have to go for C-section which i don't want so please suggest me what should i do?
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, in that case, you cannot do any exercises. However, there are still things that you can do which do nor require any exercises. In order to turn your baby, you can try moxibustion alone (without the exercises) that we show in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0. Simply go into a left side lying position (like the one in our "best sleeping position to turn a breech baby" video), and then apply moxibustion 20-30 minutes once or twice per day. In order to soften your cervix, you can try dates, acupressure and reflexology (from week 37). None of this requires you to do any exercises: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPImZWrpdybsLs We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

@@subhishah5348 Hi there! You are most welcome! ;-) Well, whether or not you can do any exercises is something that only your doctor can determine! Hi there 😊, unfortunately, there is never a way to tell if this is gonna work for someone or not. Sometimes, it is simply not possible to turn a breech baby and there can be many good reasons for it. From experience though, we can tell you that - at later stages - you normally need something more "active" to turn a breech baby - given that your baby is able to turn at all. Hi there 😘, poor you... We know that this is very frustrating! ☹️ First of all, please rest assured that your baby is not breech because of anything you do or don't do. In other words: this is NOT your fault and it's not because you are not trying hard enough! Sometimes, there can be good reasons why a baby just cannot turn. But don't give up just yet: when nothing happens, we normally send the woman to a chiropractor. It does not always help, but it has helped in many cases... Maybe that's another option you would like to try?

Hi there 😊, that's very kind of you to say!! Thanks SO MUCH for your feedback! 😘 We are happy to hear that you find our video helpful! 😊 By the way: since you are only 1 week away from your due date. There is also a more "active" approach to help your baby turn. We explain what it is in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17OmWmkrayeec0 Although it is not easy to turn a baby that late, this approach DID help some women turn their baby even as late as week 40! We hope you find it helpful! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby! ❤️

Hi there 😊, then don't do it! 😊 Not every position is ideal for every woman. If you have spine-related problems, if your pelvis has a certain shape, if you have uterine fibroids, if you suffer from SDP (and many other reasons), then this position may not be the best for you... Always listen to your body! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
