I add milk to my rooibos also. I didn't know it was thought to be weird.🙄 I love to add chai (powdered tea) to the mix. This was a very informative video about soil mixes. I do pretty much the same as you do. Watching you get in there and mix with your hands was so satisfying. 🪴

It's not good to mix worm castings without gloves, it does cause diarrhea.
