Taking me back to my youth. The Animals recorded House of the Rising Sun in one take, 15-20 minutes in the studio, while on the road between gigs - now that's talent! I hope a few of you watching this now suddenly know we Grandparents were a bit cooler than you may have thought.

House of the Rising Sun and Sound of Silence are classics for sure. I really like Van Halen's version of You Really got Me. Grace Slick's vocals on White Rabbit are iconic. Two of my favorites from the 60's are Fortunate Son by CCR. Love its message. And also, White Room by The Cream. My ultimate favorite is Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf. Look forward to the 70's! Great series!
