Best Sounding V2 Superbike? Ducati 1198 S Onboard [HighRes 4k 60fps]

Today I took my 2011 Ducati 1198S thru the alps of Tyrol(Felbertauern). It was really cool, because there was almost no traffic.
The Sound of this big V2 is sooo deep and angry. I hope you get a taste of it in the video.
But there is another point that makes this bike so unique:
The TORQUE! It´s a monster! It feels like a fuc**ing Rocket.
This 1198S replaces my old Ducati 916 SP (R.I.P.)

I have an 848 and if the exhaust (stock) is warm, the sound is sick. Even the air filter when you roll makes a roaring deep sound. I can only imagine how this bike sounds. No microphone can really capture this.

This is cool. I'll be looking to get either an Aprilia or Ducati in the near future. Admittedly I can't afford an 1198, but maybe an 848 🤷🏻‍♂️ either way, I'm sure it'll be just as fun

@@jimccc9467 To some that amount of money isn't 'cheap', buying a Ducati on the cheap can be a pain in the ass. Your better off with a bike with recent service records and a grand more in price compared to a cheaper one without the records. Bought a 748 and the first service was a fat 1000 euro's and did the work myself, seen similar bills with the same work for over 2000 euro.

@@jimccc9467 I'm also dreaming of a 1x98. For 6000 you get nothing in Germany. It starts at 9000 for the 1098.6000 would be so great. Than you still have to do something with the suspesnsion as it isn't the best in stock configuration.
