well I appreciate your video and based on your specs I just purchased a new laptop with i7 1195G7, 16 GB Ram, and it has a graphic card. I'm planning to install the Affinity Suite and look forward to finally having a robust platform to work on. thanks for the tips

Another great video. I love how thorough you are! I feel there is too much choice with laptops and they bring out new versions too quickly. Would be ok if they were user serviceable to upgrade ram, ssd etc. i think the new Gigabyte Aero is nearly perfect now they have a 16:10 screen. Shame they only have USB C now. It’s almost comical now as Apple has brought the ports back.

Hey Ben G! Thanks for another great video, always appreciate your helpful content. Wondering if you could make a video about upgradeable RAM. Ie: which laptops are upgradeable as I know some of them are soldered. Or perhaps someone in the comments could help? Thank you from Australia!

I actually going for the latest version of lenovo legion 5 pro for gaming and 3d and 2d work But confused whether I should wait for 2022 version or go for the 2021 version I am buying it in march or April or later
@najahamid2 жыл бұрын
If so, I recommend to wait for 12th gen release since you'll get plenty of performance improvements with more cores and multithreads.

@@najahamid I was instead thinking for amd 6000 series do 7 think 12th gen will be better?
@msp51382 жыл бұрын
Initial 12th Gen Intel Geek Bench scores have been leaked. Bottom line is: If your work primarily involves multi-core performance definitely wait. If your work primarily involves single-core performance no need to wait.

Hi Ben, need your comment. Its hard for me to decide between legion 5 Amd 5800, 3060 Rtx vs Hp omen 15 Amd 5800, 3060 Rtx. I will use for 4k, 6k video editing and 3d modelling sometimes
