Usually when a character comes out they never change them. Also the 2 characters that arent out are being tested hence why they are getting changed in this case its a buff.

Tbf he needs 1 or 2 specific supports to feel better. A Support giving a buff to aerial attacks and/or Forte generation would really smoothen his playstyle.

no it buffs skill dmg which jiyan doesnt need. any 5 star weapon can be a stat stick so it will be decent. but its not gonna be nearly as good as jiyans weapon

Honestly for Jiyan mains, the Static Mist is BiS for Mortefi imo, and Havoc Rover can use CoC F2P good stat stick instead.

The sword is arguably the best all around and the 2nd being the pistol, though the pistol is mainly geared towards sub dps than main dps. Though the supportive capabilities can be well worth it in the future

I disagree on pulling for weapons instead standard charachters, in the near future every standard will be power crept by banner weapons and if you don’t waste pulls you will never need standard 5 star weapon, so I’d rather try my luck in standard banner and pull some copies of calcharo or Verina or Jianxin

Unless you use two characters that want the sword in a team I don't think it's worth it to get another copy, probably better to collect each type of weapon...
