Tweeterhead’s scarecrow has been my most anticipated statue for 2 years and I think will clear Sideshow’s. That custom Bane is pretty great, eagerly waiting on XM’s classic Bane reveal.

I really love that custom made Bane with Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. It really looks amazing. So many incredible pieces of artistic concept of the characters and many impressive sculpts. To say the best is subjective because to me the best statue of a character is the one that you can actually afford to own. Too many companies have made sculpts so outlandish with many different unnecessary switchouts just to Jack up the prices and then complain that not many people are buying it. For instance Sideshow 1/4 scale Dr. Doom with the fabric Cape would sell more if they dropped the price. So what is the best statue of a character out there? The one that won't break your wallet. Happy collecting everyone.

My favourite Batman is the new Tsume 1/6 Batman diorama where he’s swinging through the window and is kicking two clown criminals, that statue looks incredible.

There is a past Batman statue by Iron Studios (in 1/3) when he sits on a bat signal. I still love that statue and think is one of the best ever (for this character). It came in both black version and grey version from what I remember.

For me, Sideshow's 1/4 Bane by Daniel Bell w/the exclusive portrait is unmatched. It perfectly captures the spirit of his introduction in the Vengeance of Bane and Knightfall storylines of the 90's. I was really looking forward to Tweeterhead's Scarecrow, but it's only in 1/6 scale, which was heartbreaking for me, as I love the piece. Great list, Mr X!

I'm looking forward to seeing the review for the custom DC line you are getting in, so far, I've been super impressed with these. For myself, I'll list the statues I own my number one is Hawkman 1/6 from XM Studios his wings alone are outstanding. Then it would be Sinestro 1/6 XM Studios the fact that he is on top of parallax, it's just perfect, and for underrated it would be classic Cheeta 1/6 from Tweeterhead💖. These are just a few of my personal favorites, thanks for the fun list.

Great list. For superman, I regret so much not grabbing that hush when it came out I had just got it into collecting and that was gonna be my first big big statue. Moneywise. And I regret it to this day. As for the batman, I’d buy Ashley agree with you’re tied for second. Which is the custom in the cave.

That custom Bane with Ivy and Harley is nuts! Batman Insanity with his rogues is still one of the best Batman statues around. My Prime 1 Penguin will probably be in this Jan or Feb. 2024. Superman HUSH is definitely the best. I’d still get Tweeterhead SP Harley Quinn as the best comic book version and either Prime 1 or JND’s Suicide Squad Harley Quinn for best cinematic piece.

Great picks. Prime 1 definitely do DC well. I am still looking for the quintessential wonder woman and green lantern to round out my DC collection. I love the prime 1 green lantern and sinestro they teased last year but the rest of my DC collection are 1/4 don't think I can get away with a 1/3 green lantern towering over them.

I usually lean towards movie likeness statues instead of comic or interpretation statues mostly due to the fact that I've usually seen the character in a movie first, and comica later.. Also I tend to like the lore based statues the most which is why I'm still not a fan of the samurai line of DC characters.

JND Wonder Woman ain't the best Wonder Woman statue for me. Yes.. the likeness on that JND WW / Gal Gadot is phenomenal ..but that's about it 😁 The costume ain't classic Wonder Woman and the movie was bad. So for me that statue is rather a showcase of Gal Gadot (the model / actress) 😂 So I rather choose some other Wonder Woman for the best category (other that can represent the Wonder Woman from the comics / movies ..and for that you have to have at least her classic costume colors ..red and blue). The golden costume is not even nearly as iconic (or classic).
