Aloha Kristina! I have a question for you, or for anyone with a Vitamix. I finally own a Vitamix (7500 model). My question is regarding making nice cream. I am still very much a newbie with the Vitamix, when you make nice cream do you have to slowly increase the speed to the highest level, or do you move up quickly to the highest speed and make it that way? I slowly increase the speed. Otherwise it will turn itself off to protect it from burn out.

I use some coconut Kiefer in my strawberry milk/smoothie.

How to make probiotics with coconut milk? Instructions: Pour the starter culture into the coconut milk and mix well. If you’re using a probiotic capsule then this is the step to add it. You must open the capsule and pour the probiotic into the warm coconut milk. Stir well. Cover with a lid and keep the coconut milk at 100-115 degrees for 18-24 hours.
