1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 5 years, or some people never. Every single person on this planet is different and each skeletal structure is unique. If anyone tells you a time frame you’re being lied to...it’s absolutely impossible for anyone to tell you when you’ll gain any amount of flexibility. Have your goals in mind while in a way have no expectations and be consistent.
