I have found that if I try out a video from someone other than you I get so stressed out because it never feels like I have enough time to stay in a position, which I kinda need as both a beginner and as someone who struggles with balance. Thank you for always taking it slow and for the reminders to not push myself more than what feels okay, as I know I tend to do, and the reminders to modify if that’s what I need. It’s easy to feel like a failure for not immediately being able to do something but I never feel that way with your videos. I hope you have a wonderful day ❤

You are respecting your body in the best way by doing what feels good and not what people think we should be doing. Theres a great quote from a teacher (i cant remember their name) “fit the pose to the body and not the body into the pose” its great quote to guide us through our practice. I started doing Yoga a little over a year ago. I needed to make a change and I just searched yoga for beginners and you popped up. I’d never even considered yoga a real exercise until I found you. I did it everyday for 9 months and never missed a day. Now I still do it at least 6 days a week. It’s truly changed my life. I’ve lost weight, I feel way better and it’s a lot to do with you. I don’t think enough people give credit these days and I’m trying to change that. Your channel had an incredibly positive impact on my life. I’m probably never going to visit a yoga studio but I’m right there with ya almost everyday. Thank you ❤

@@YogaWithBird 60-90mins of yoga is about my daily goal. That’s between a shorter wake up session, a stretch at gym time, and an evening session. Some days I’ll go to a live class and that’s usually a unique and fun time! Do I always hit my goals? Nope 🙂↔️ But your instructions these last 4-5 years have given me so much confidence, strengthened me to succeed as well as taught me to accept and love myself even when I fall short of my goals. Thank you, Yogi! What’s your favorite class length? I will sign up for your longer program one of these days I promise 😁

omg this morning i was feeling so tight and sore that i could barely do a child's pose without feeling tension, after this stretch session i feel sooo much better and tried out a child's pose at the end and all the tightness was gone!

Τα αγγλικά μου δεν είναι πολύ καλά και για αυτό γράφω στα ελληνικά. Παρακολουθώ τα βίντεο σου καθημερινά εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες και πραγματικά αισθάνομαι υπέροχα! Έχω λιγότερους πόνους στους γοφούς , τους γλουτούς ακόμα και στα γόνατα!!! Μπορώ και περπατάω ανάλαφρα χωρίς βάρος παρόλο που έχω περιττά κιλά!!! Η φωνή σου, η αφήγηση ,.οι κινήσεις, μουσική κάνουν τα βίντεο σου μια ξεχωριστή και μοναδική εμπειρία!!!! Συνέχισε!! Μας εμπνέεις!!!
