Qmee ain't bad for anyone trying to make some extra beer money, check out r/beer money, some people earn quite a bit of extra side income through mTurk and other alternates but there are things more worthy of pursuing online to earn as has been told time and time again...

How much personal information do these surveys usually require you to give away? I remember trying to do surveys on some of these sites a few years back, but they wanted a creepy amount of information just to earn a bit of beer money.

It depends on the site. Most of them do require you to confirm your identity. And many of the surveys will ask you personal questions, though you can just close out of the ones you're not comfortable with. PaidViewpoint is probably the best when it comes to privacy, we wrote a section about it in our review: www.ndoherty.com/paidviewpoint-review/ (their pay sucks though) Overall though, if you're comfortable submitting your private info on sites like Facebook, there's no reason to worry about submitting your private info on survey sites.

Ah, sorry. I should have specified which countries the sites are available in. Survey Junkie is only available in USA, Canada, Australia. I'll update the description. Thanks for the heads up.
