I'm going to give a shout for Novation's discontinued but now free VST plugin V-Station. 3 oscilators, arpeggiator, effects, mod matrix etc. It sounds really good if you tweak the presets or roll your own. Novation pads along with Roland's are my favorites.

I can't find it on there now there used to be a lot of people selling Presets of full Keyboard Workstations on there that they Samples and turned in Libraries. I just looked on You Tube now and it looks like if you search it there's some guys who are showing it off and possibly re selling it but it's in Spanish! I thought bout re-selling at one time but I haven't looked into setting up a Download process and don't have time to do it.
