Also depends so much on genetics. Some guys have polymorphisms that mean they literally have low aromatase. Stuff like that. Also systems like P450, which would activate the esters, hugely affect half-life and such, CYP2D6 etc. Great video

The reality is there's too many variables. How strong is the test, What's the carrier oil, How frequent are you injecting, Are you going intermuscular or sub q. Some people are also hyper responders and need less. In the last year that I've been on it. I've learned a lot and I still have so much to learn.

I think you misunderstood Derek's point. He was arguing that if the side effects are the same as between 300 and 600 mg, why not just use 600 mg. He was questioning another guy who was boldly claiming that you had to use x amount of test. in order to gain. Derek argued instead, that it was person-relative, and there was no one dose recommendation that works for everyone.

Side effects also depends, like what you eat, body weight and if you are some that had server acne or gyno growing up... It can trouble you.. see people never get some of this side effects, but now when it come to liver and kidneys that is something you must protect because when you reach 40 it will kick you no matter what

Well I can honestly say from what most bodybuilders agree on including myself that take testosterone is 600-750 mgs a week is the sweet spot. It’s not necessary to go past a gram at tops otherwise it’s a waste.

as you well know, supraphysiological dosages of androgens are neurotoxic ( excitotoxic) in a dose-dependent manner, causing neuronal apoptosis in the hippocampus. this is bad, if you value your cognitive health obviously. that's why I tend to shun the classic 500mg+ cycles. having your test at around 2000-2500 ng/dl, which is double the amount of the top of the natural reference range, seems to be the sweet spot risk-reward wise

Definitely, my only concerns with the studies performed on neurotoxicity is the concentrations they used. Whilst in vitro studies are not directly comparable to in vivo mechanisms, doses of 100 nmol/l which is more or less in the range you mentioned above for the sweet spot, seemed to have no demonstrable deleterious effects on cell viability. But the issue is that the next dose tested was 1 mmol/l, which had deleterious effects, understandably. In order to achieve such levels, copious amounts of testosterone would need to be used (I think dallas mccarver achieved a similar level with 10grams of testosterone). This is not my supporting of higher doses, it is just my highlighting of the paucity in the literature about such an important topic. From what I have read, less than 1gram would be the safest in terms of neuronal survivability. Let me know what you think.

​@@VeI_2.0with sustanon 250, i range from 950 to 1300. Range difference is if tested a Day before next inj or a day or 2 after. Other esthers might flutuate more or less. Keep in mind that about 30% of that 250mg are the esther, so you would be actually using about 175mg of actual test

There’s no way to know this, because we all respond differently based on a variety of factors: carrier oil, injection location and type, SHBG levels, enzyme levels, amount of AE, amount converted to DHT, etc. There’s no way to formulate for someone what say 200mg would put their TT at.

If I were you I'd try a lower dose of test. Perhaps you'd love the results even with a lower dose. At 500mg/week I personally get acne. Not too bad, but I don't like it.

We have only just figured out certain population groups respond differently to different forms of anti-hypertensives and recommendations are new. So, I don't expect any break throughs soon

@@aleksandarsavanovic9908 depending on how sensitive you are to skin issues from AAS you may find you can use it less - weekly or monthly. I happen to be blessed in that I've never had acne issues at all, just a few large spots on test. But I began using10mg accutane from the beginning of first cycle to remove the risk. It was enough to get rid of the large spots and then I did 10mg once a week. Now I can go 6-8 months and never need it, because I used it from day one. This is irrespective of compound, and I've tried them all. So now I use 10mg every 6 months or so and never have issues. Milage may vary though because as I said, I used it from the start and likely wasn't prone anyway. T

You are very lucky. There is a higher chance that you have the favorable polymorphisms to your androgen receptor gene and that you have naturally lower levels of myostatin. Literature has demonstrated pacific islanders to hold more LBM. So you would probably not need to use as much gear as the normal individual but then again everyone is different. The only issue I would say is the metabolic issues that pacific islanders demonstrate so ensuring you insulin sensitivity and cholesterol are optimal when on cycle is preferable.

I take 250mg sustanon 1 injection a week and I’ve been adding a hardener for 8 weeks then 4 weeks off to rest before the next. I’ve been doing this for the last 5 months and so far used s4 and anavar, recently added S23 and after just a week there was an improvement with my prostate because I was holding my bladder much better and also the sudden urge to urinate has totally gone! Now that in itself makes it well worth taking it but it doesn’t stop their, I’ve already noticed better vascular appearance . S23 definitely feels stronger than the others I’ve used including anavar. I’ll see how it goes on S23 for 8 weeks but I’m feeling great already on this hybrid and can see me sticking with these two because of all the great benefits I’m feeling. I done 6 months cycle last year with 6 weeks pct on nolvadex and probably do the same again or maybe rest a bit longer just to allow my body to rest a little longer knowing a 6 month’s cycle is a little longer than recommended

Most of this studies are crap cause they don't minus the extra water gains from the Test (ussualy 2kg), ontop of that they use detrained people who gain 1kg of glycogen when they start training. 600mg~750mg TestE/wk is best. I gained 2.8kg LBM in 30 days (without extra water) on 600mg while being early advance lifter (4th Cycle). Mass monsters normally use 600mg TestE + 600mg Deca/EQ, with GH, Insulin and an Oral. Total ~1.2g gear weekly. I wouldn't waste anyone time with 300mg TestE/wk. Unless it 200mg TestE + 50mg Oral/day, putting total gear load at 550mg/week.
