Lived here 20 years, everyone I know has at least one rental house. They are making tons of money. Way better than the stock market!

its too hot, humid , bugs and over populated.

Very very very crowded and hot...great place to visit but gets boring...not a place for anyone under 65...Bars and Restaurants...very very overrated....
