Wow... coming from a TV producer/director of 33 years. Focus is not an option. The picture is only half of the information. Sound (dialogue) is the of half of the experience. A polite suggestion, get your money back for the production of your video and start over. Not being mean. Don't leave a bad first impression up on the internet as your calling card. For someone that clicked on this video because I was about to purchase your program I stopped it at 0:54 seconds. Not a good first impression or confident that the program will look or SOUND like this. P.S. The lens or camera you used was uncalibrated or just wack. She is in focus, sharp image, the guys on either side are out of focus, distracting.
