Those are some great lights. Easy to hook up with that fuse block and controller. Nice and bright is what you want. Great video.

I'm very happy with the results! The switch block is a nice touch, especially since I have a lot more spots to add other auxiliary items.

We've been getting dumped on with snow the last 2 weeks near Mt. Hood/Oregon. This is great, my Kubota L4400 is pretty close to yours and I need some lights asap!

The camera has a tough time showing how bright they really are! I'm super happy with them, and the switch panel being able to select which ones I want on at which time is a huge bonus!

This video is awesome! I have some questions about your build. 1. Did you ever run into any issues with the location of your auxbeam fuse panel? 2. How are the lights after 1 year? Did they hold up well? 3. How has the switch panel held up? Has the rain or sun damaged it?

Honestly, everything has exceeded my expectations. Everything still works as it should, the tractor has been washed multiple times, left out in the rain/ sun for days on end. Switch panel is not advertised as "waterproof" but has not given up yet.

Great video lights look good on the tractor

I'm very happy with the outcome! The camera doesn't do the brightness justice that's for sure!

I'd be concerned with the splashback from the light mounted to the grill guard with implements on the loader. Had any issues with that?
@EverythingElliott Жыл бұрын
The only one I’ve had issue with is my forks because it’s high back forks. In that situation I just turn the grill light off and use the forward mounted ROPS light

I took a similar approach on my L2501 after seeing your video. The operator station fuse box cover won't fit back on after connecting the red sense wire because it sticks out over the other fuses. Did you run into this issue and what did you do to be able to get the fuse box cover to fit back on?
@EverythingElliott11 ай бұрын
I remember it being tight, but it fit. I believe I just bent the wire down, then put the top on, and squeezed it shut, it clicked closed, and haven't had an issue since.

Will the fuse box ,not get to hot mounted on the front of the engine?
@EverythingElliott Жыл бұрын
Great Question, diesels run fairly cold, and since its Infront of the radiator and fan, the fan will be pulling air past the fuse box, through the rad so it should keep the fuse box nice and cool.

I was wondering that aswell

You could've folded the ROPS down, then you wouldn't have to stand on something other than the floor to do the work. Also some blue lock tite on the bolts would help insure nothing vibrates loose. Keep the relay, it'll come in handy sometime. Out of my 5 cats none of them are as friendly as Theodore. Now you can plow at night.

Work harder, not smarter…I guess that’s why I didn’t fold it down. I saved all the extra wiring harness parts, I have the inability to throw anything like that out. And Theodore is exhaustingly affectionate.
