When I fly, my go-to is always joggers. I’m a petite girl so joggers work for me because they’re comfortable and have a cuff to keep them off the ground. They also come in a large variety of colors and with pockets. They also double as PJ’s and if I’m going somewhere cold, there’s enough stretch for me to slip leggings underneath. I’ve watched other travel KZbinrs who advise to wear your heaviest clothes (like jeans) when you fly. I get that your luggage won’t weigh as much that way but when you have to sit for hours, run to a gate, or climb into shuttles, I need stretchability and comfort from my joggers. Thanks for the suggestions. 😊

@@meximlt59 the one thing I wish about women’s joggers is that they had more pockets. Men’s joggers always have that extra pair of pockets in the back and half the time I buy men’s jogger or a pair of cargo joggers.

I usually wear a pair of NYDJ that has a lot more stretch and is lighter weight than typical stretch jeans. They feel more like yoga pants material than denim. And to ease the waist, I bring along a waist extender, that I only wear during the travel day. That allows me to sit comfortably, even if there is some bloating that can happen during a long flight.

I have been flying with the LLBean slim leg Vista camp pants. Zip front pockets, patch rear pockets, elastic wait with drawstring, the ripstop fabric is very lightweight,SPF 50, and has a touch of spandex. Thank you for another informative video. I tend to purchase pants on clearance if I can find my size. L L Bean, R E I have worked well as well as a few pairs of yoga pants. I also tend to wear them until they are worn out too. Unfortunately clothing companies change the material and features almost every year so if you want a replacement you are out of luck. Light weight, secure pockets, drawstring in the waist, boot cut, and fast drying are all things I look for. One pair of beautiful, but inexpensive pants I purchased for a long car trip were scrubs in a dark grey. They were a real suprise, because they get a lot of compliments are exceptionally comfortable, easy care, odor resistant and dry super fast and very durable. Who knew. They used to have a nice metal zipper and now it’s plastic. It’s like all the companies do this because they either wanna make it cheaper or they need you to buy something new. A couple of people have mentioned scrubs to me and I’ve never tried them, but I did see them at Walmart the other day so I’m tempted.😊 thank you so much for giving us your feedback💕

I got the Skechers GoWalk pants and ordered it a few years back when you featured it in one of your earlier videos. Love it so much that it’s always the first thing I pick when I go out. Unfortunately they’re not made anymore so I think they’re a couple of other brands on Amazon they’re similar, but PrAna is just such a great brand. I've worn cotton trousers, stretchy looser jeans, lulu lemon travel pants. If I'm flying for business, it will be nice jeans. For vacation, it's been the other pants. I recently purchased merino leggings, which I'll wear flying to Mexico in January. My mindset is to look a certain way when being out and about. If I need to go to the corner store to grab milk or bread, I put my jeans on. I don't dress to the nines but I have a certain standard.

Q: I know you did a video on the Nomad Lane personal item bags but is there a difference in structure between the V3 and V4 series? much cheaper on Amazon for the older version but the company is starting to have their holiday sales too. @@CydPiper thank you so much and to be honest, I have never used the V3 nomad Lane bag. I only use the V4 bag. The key feature differences between the V4 and V3 bag are that the V4 bag has real leather handles and a water bottle holder and a more flat front pocket.. also from what I understand from viewer is the material on the V4 is much more premium. The V4 version overall construction was altered so that when the bag was packed, it wouldn’t tip over as it did in the V3. And last, but not least the V4 uses YKK zippers were as the V3 used standard zippers.. Some of these features are probably what ramped up the cost, but also ramped up the quality and value of the bag.😊

I would like to add something. I travel often and have noticed people with visibly dirty butt pants.. like urine and feces coming through their pants… gross! definitely on the seat as well even if you cannot see it so I always wear a super lightweight windbreaker around my waist as a extra seat protector for my own pants especially leggings.
