I really feel like hudson has become used to the camera now. Compared to older videos he has sort of opened up he now owns the moment and really seems to enjoy it. I really like to see that, makes your videos even more enthuastic.

Hey Buff Dudes! Cross chest tricep extension is perfect for my bad arm with external rotation problem (brachiel plexus injury). To know that there is another exercise that I can do properly made my day. Thank you dudes!!

Exactly what I needed. My triceps are easily the weakest part of my upper body (chest and back are always on point, triceps are lagging), so I'll use all these exercises today. Thanks dudes!

Cross bench dips are just amazing, you can even do a super set dropping the plates off of your lap.

When I do the triceps bench dip, I put a dumbbell in between my legs. Love it! It's really good if you wanna add some weight to your dips and if you don't have a spotter. If you haven't already tried it, I highly recommend you do!

All those tricep exercises are good...but im a fan of two of them, close grip pushups and weigted dips... Great for all heads of tricep its gonna give tricep strengh, mass and overall size dovelopment👍👌 Way to go buff dudes... Keep it up

Awesome a lot of good technique and that is the key. To developing the muscles in the most efficient way . The better your muscles are developed the more fun you will be able to have with them. It would've been nice to see some finger hand forearm training going on. Those are so neglected. People don't even know you can train them separately lol.

+Ulysses Sanchez and DB side raises. Small variation: raise, lower slightly from the top, raise again all the way up, then lower, repeat. This takes all possible momentum out of the equation.
