Two weeks ago I started doing pullovers and farmer's walk, and I fell in love with these two exercieses! I recommend them to everyone, pullovers give you incredible stretch and pump in lats, and farmer's walk is maybe the best exercise for upper back.

Not a power lifting guy but love the deadlift and really like to use the pullover between sets to stretch and engage the entire back and shoulders. Thanks for the vid and thanks for the old school cool!

I do about 16-20 scapula depressions are part of my upper body warm up every time I work out. Makes the shoulders feel great, especially before doing pull ups.

Thank you for these!!! Question for pullups: twice now while performing wide grip pull ups I have strained/torn a muscle in my neck/high back (levator scapulae). Any idea as to what I may be doing wrong with my form? I am going to apply the scapula retraction to see if that helps prevent future injuries.

I've been doing scapular depressions for a while (3+ months) in my routine but pull-ups are still my bane...Chin-ups are less of a problem these days though. Overall, awesome video and I will totally try out the ones I had not been doing!

can you make a video on how to make that squat rack there on the last exercise? the huge squat rack you've gotten before is just too huge, and i don't have the material or even space to put that... but that one in your last exercise i could stop when i got to my height and if i can fit in the room in length, that that thing should too

Great video, I personally really do like the landmine row! =) 2 Questions: 1.Do you know how Jack from your teen series is progressing? And 2. do you know if he cut off his fat first and then start to bulk? (I mean he got from chubby to kinda lean, dunno if he was just flexing too hard on the progress pic from "how to gain muscle fast" )

Yeah man, tell it like it is. You gotta be popping those mollies daily, while mixing in a few tabs here and there. Get out a pipe, throw some crystal meth and crack in there, spark it, don't forget to hold that shit in for 15 minutes. Roll up a nice doobie and get out some popcorn and watch the gains pile on.

To do the farmer's walk, if you don't have any dumbbells or a trap bar, just use two 5 gallon water jugs and carry that. Each weighs 45 lbs.
