Two weeks ago I started doing pullovers and farmer's walk, and I fell in love with these two exercieses! I recommend them to everyone, pullovers give you incredible stretch and pump in lats, and farmer's walk is maybe the best exercise for upper back.

I do about 16-20 scapula depressions are part of my upper body warm up every time I work out. Makes the shoulders feel great, especially before doing pull ups.

Thank you for these!!! Question for pullups: twice now while performing wide grip pull ups I have strained/torn a muscle in my neck/high back (levator scapulae). Any idea as to what I may be doing wrong with my form? I am going to apply the scapula retraction to see if that helps prevent future injuries.

I've been doing scapular depressions for a while (3+ months) in my routine but pull-ups are still my bane...Chin-ups are less of a problem these days though. Overall, awesome video and I will totally try out the ones I had not been doing!

To do the farmer's walk, if you don't have any dumbbells or a trap bar, just use two 5 gallon water jugs and carry that. Each weighs 45 lbs.
