I am US citizen. My husband Malaysian. We reside in Malaysia. Interview was conducted in Kuala Lumpur His VO asked: Why are you traveling to USA: to visit family What is your work: maintenance manger How much does that job pay: 2300rm monthly Do you earn other income: No Denied His english is not great and was confused on the last question. He replied no as he thought she meant with his employer however We have a business and more than 50k MYR in bank statements. He had many documents showing letters from employer/ business registrations but she didn’t look at. He got refused based on 214(b) of INA. I neee him to be able to return to USA when visiting family like normal married couples. Is there a place to upload all supporting documentation via the application so the VO is able to see the entire picture prior to interview? He doesn’t even want to leave his country let alone stay in mine so any assistance on how to prep him better would be appreciated.

I was refused on 5th day of june month . I applied only in 2 universities and got i 20 from one ( university of North taxes)and another (Gorge washington university)still in process. Visa officer asked me only 3 questions 1. What is your cgpa in your graduation? 2. How many universities do you applied? 3. The name of the universities? After that he did the sign of something with there 3 finger and ask something that could not listen clearly as his voice is not properly audio able and i requested him to repat but he speak in very low volume. After that , He gave me 214b slip. 1. What's the reason of rejection ? 2. Can i go with same university?

@@chaiandcoaching brother I attend my interview in delhi on window 13 , American male in his 40-45 age took my interview. He did not asked me for any other documents without i20 and passport. Bother, I am going to the university of North taxes for MS. in Engineering management. My answers are 1. Officer, I have 7.31 cgpa out of scale 10. 2. I applied in 2 universities. 3. Name of institutions are University of North taxes and George Washington University. After that he sign of three with there first three fingers and ask something that I not listen . Please brother tell me can I go with same university ( university of North taxes denton for ms in engineering management) .

Heyy i need help i had refused a year ago under 214b in f1 category now I’m reapplying by changing the whole file major changes like doubling the funds increasing duration of cource and study also from community collage to good university does this will get visa this tym . Its my childhood dream to study there .
