It’s 7/2/21 and I just purchased a 2018 Tacoma SR5 used, well if you call 15K used! Can’t hardly believe that someone put less than 5K per year on this truck. After having it for only 2 days, so far, I LOVE IT!! This truck is so clean, the truck had to be garage kept. I’m not sure, but mine has additional buttons on the right side of the steering column, 1 for lane change and the other for something, don’t remember! Thanks for the video, made me feel even better about purchasing it.

I got the four cylinder first did not yet drive but after going home I realized I made a mistake went back to the dealer next day and explained the citation changed it to a six cylinder I’m super glad I did it very happy now

I got an ‘18 TRD off-road 4x4. If I had it to do all over again, I’d get the 6 cyl sr5 4x4 and upgrade it from there. The TRD has a bunch of fancy stuff that I don’t really need. But I needed that cement grey tho

i just got a 19. My wife has an 18 corolla. the bolstering on her seats is too narrow and hurts my sides. the tacoma is a bit wider by a couple of inches and is just right. Good review!

Awesome video, I tried all the new Tacoma’s the 4 cylinder is ok in the city but he is right no power it is a slug. I got the SR5 v6 4x4 extra cab the four door there’s no leg room and it just me and my wife. The six cylinder gets about the same gas mileage as the four cylinder a was amazed, they gave me a rental for awhile tell they fix my recall. This guy gave a great demonstration on the tacoma this is better than a dam salesman good job.

How come that model does not have the safety sensor feature not that i care to have one being i dont like the black box next to the rearview mirror..so can any of the tacomas be ordered without the black box next to the rearview mirror? In calif they all have the black box what state are you in?

FYI - None of the Tacoma's infotainment systems have apple carplay or android carplay compatibility.

I'm pretty sure this trim has a 6,500 lb towing capacity. The 6,800 lb capacity is the access cab version of this truck, not the double cab that you have.

Pretty sure that’s a 2017 or 2016 model. Considering that the 2018 model Tacoma’s TSS system was on every model. Judging from the grill and lack of buttons on the inside it doesn’t have that so, it’s not a 2018 Tacoma. Great review though.

If you're getting a tacoma, get a 6 cylinder. And if you're getting a toyota truck but you want to haul heavy shit, get a Tundra. The tundra has an 8 cylinder engine, it can tow up to 10,000 lbs.
