The C series can be a bit dim for gaming in some scenes, but other than that look incredible, especially during nighttime scenes. OLEDs shine with nighttime content.

I paid $2196 on a black Friday deal that RC Willey price matched back in November. You got a great price and a great television. I've been enjoying mine immensely. The best picture I've seen is the Disney+ series Percy Jackson and The Olympians in Dolby Vision. Set your TV to Filmmaker mode for all inputs. And make sure to go to the help-me videos on the LG C3 to turn off all the unnecessary stuff and that improves your picture. Then use the TV's built-in streaming service to watch the show. That show's picture on my C3 looks absolutely beautiful. Everything seems to have an ultra-realism and glimmer to it. The colors all pop and the whole image is the best I've ever seen on this TV after all the months of watching it since it was delivered December 2nd, 2023.

8:12 Let's not forget that the 2022/2023 Sony's can't do Dolby Vision and VRR / ALLM at the same time (only the flagship A95L). The updated 2024 Bravia models include an updated chipset that can, for the minority that want Sony image processing and Dolby Vision Gaming.

I'm confused. The X95L only comes in 85 inches and costs $4,499.99. The 85 Inch Bravia 7 costs $3,299.99. Is the X95L that much better? Is it $1,299.99 better? Is the Bravia 7 that bad? It was my understanding that the B7 was essentially the X95L w/o the glare protection. Way to drop this little nugget and move on without any follow-up. I think you need to qualify this statement.

Looks like the LG C3 is the most popular TV here but right now there is the B4 OLED for about the same Price $2000 CAD for the 65" and this being a 2024 model falls in to the 5 year software update group. This B4 is an OLED TV and reviews are really good, also its a big step ahead of its last year B3? anyone think this could be a better buy than the last years C3?

Got a brand new, in unopened box, Sony XR75X95K with a MFG date of March 2023 for $1500 in March of this year (2024). Had a tag on the box with a list price of $3799 and sale price of $2999, so it pays to shop for last year models. They're out there. It may not have the latest bells and whistles but for me it's light years ahead of our older 55" Sony from 2012.

I work for LG and I would not recommend their TV's. Sony's processor is far better than LG's and sound quality is incrementally different. As many say "lousy goods" is LG!. Buy better people

We have a room for a large TV 83” up to 100” we are thinking. My question is what is the sweet spot for excellent picture quality size and price right now. We have an OLED LG 65” in our living room and enjoy it very much. The downstairs family room is an opportunity to go bigger. As you shave down the options it seems the question of , do you go larger and sacrifice some picture quality or size down and go the better picture comes up. We are movie and sports fans . We don’t game at all.

I waited till Sony announced the 2024 lineup and hoped the price for the Z9K will go down more and then found out that it will carry over again as the 8K Master Series model this year. So even if the Bravia 9 is out, for me the Z9K still have better features and even have a better 85 watt audio and probably brighter still...I went ahead and got the 85".

Avoid the lg c3 is you game a lot, the abl is atrocious and will cause strobing for fast paced games. Legit looks like its flickering for games like gran turismo. It also cant show bright colors very well at all, had to return it which is a shame cause i was excited for it but i considered it unusable for pc/gaming use
