Since that fight was in Japan highly doubt he was high in that game. Not saying he hasn't fought while high, its basically impossible to prove. For people who don't know, testing for cannabis isn't very accurate and it stays in your system a lot longer than any other drug while its also very individually dependent on the persons metabolism and other factors. It is very possible for Diaz to have been smoking every day back in the US, then travel to Japan, take a test a few days later and still hit the ceiling of the test. Also worth adding is there's very different highs from different strains of cannabis. It's very possible that he fights high with a mellow or very uplifting high.

It's even hard to technically call it a counter shot because Mirko was only a fraction of a second into throwing the kick and if you weren't looking for it then you might not even realize that he was even doing that.
