Running the keys up near dome gives 3 safes, a bunch of filing cabinets, and tech spawns as well and you can extract right there no problem. If you want you can run down the metal spiral staircase and go to the safe near D2 extract too.

if you dont have a red rebbel you can drop your bag near hermetic door and run over the button and run back to extract

No luck with marked brother, not the best loot. Marked Room at Streets early days of wipe was good but got nerfed a bit. Only found RSASS.
