Bought this watch for a total of 330 USD a few months back. It went on sale for 250 USD after I bought it, but I still don't feel bad. It is an amazing watch. Have not tried it with other straps yet. Considering experimenting with a silicon strap.

Just wasn't sure if it had to be a Tissot brand due to the downward curve of the lugs. As you said, the leather band is molded downward to follow the curve of the lugs so the watch can't lie flat. Thanks.

Hi DK...just wondering if the tissot watch will keep the date correct as the number of days of the month change. Not sure if the technical term is called perpetual calendar? My citizen needs the date updated now and again and it drives me crazy. TIA

Hi, no it's not a perpetual calendar watch unfortunately, so that will need to be manually adjusted.

I have the exact same watch and it has enjoyed a lot of wrist time since picking it up from Jomashop 3 months ago. I happened across the $239 price version for the US and have a hard time remembering I paid so little for this great watch. I keep thinking I paid $339 but when I check my receipt, it shows $239.

I was fairly pleased with myself alright! Only downside is, I had to punch two holes in the strap, it seems it's made for huge wrists!

Glad I watched this. Tissot is indeed best value for money. But I disagree on the packaging, it's utter cheap looking paper garbage. Totally not suitable for such a watch, and a bit disrespectful.
