Armand, I always look forward to your vids. Your channel is def one of my favourite watch YT channels. It's very informative, honest and non-pretentious. You've also got me interested in Snupps. Keep up your great work. Cheers.

A nice selection there. I'm currently wearing a Bulova Accutron Deep Sea 'b' 666 feet from 1971. And although I agree that it can be hard to find someone to service these, they are fantastic pieces to own, with a good deal of horological history.

Hi Armand! Your videos are excellent! You’re the only one I’m subscribing to. Question: I’m interested in finding a 1950s Universal Genève Polerouter and a 1950s Omega dress watch (you had a De Ville in one of your videos). Where do find them at the prices you mentioned? I saw some in Paris this summer for €2000 and higher! They seem to be more pensive online too. I’m in NYC. What are your suggestions please? Thanks!

May be an IWC can be a good add to this collection...

Wasn't the Heuer used as a Bond watch in the movie "The Living Daylights"? To me, that would only add to its appeal. As always, great video, with high quality pictures.

Vintage Omegas have skyrocketed . I think it's a bubble. I bought a 600 for maybe $250 and it's now worth triple in a few months . Bad for the binging collector like myself. Lol

Good video. My wife wants a new date just in 34mm. But I'm struggling to find a comparable vintage model. Thunkmim going to have to bit the bullet and go new. Shame she won't go 36 mm. I could borrow it

tell her the 36mm is the cool size to get.

krbcrwlr you can wear a 34 .. my vintage air King is 34 and it's my favorite watch ... wear it on a strap and it will look vintage ... 36 is also fine for a woman .. good luck with the boss !

I have a new interest in wrist watches. I have a 60's era Seiko that was my Fathers. If you, Armand could let me know what information to post, I would appreciate learning some things about it. Also, do you ever review Women's watches? I would like to get my wife a nice watch
@DebianDog7 жыл бұрын
thefireman285 Hey I have a 60s vintage Seiko from my Father too. You might want to look on eBay for some vintage women’s watches. Seiko used to make some very nice delicate ones with matching earrings in some cases. ;) I like this channel and “The Urban Gentry”. He talks about the watches he gets for his wife and a few videos. Once Cav. always Cav. stay Cav. 1st Cav!
