List of vegetables that can reduce sugar levels are given below. Although almost all vegetables are good for diabetes, some are a little more important. These vegetables reduce sugar level by 3 mechanisms.
1.Reducing insulin resistance
2.Increasing insulin production
3.Slowing sugar absorption from gut

Very useful information, thanks doctor. I am continuously eating raw vegetables like ladies finger, carrots, cucumber, raw coconut, kovakaai and Guava daily either morning or night instead of breakfast / dinner for the last 25 days. Regular intake of these raw vegetables reduce my sugar level sir, shall I continue doctor ?

Sir, my average sugar level is 170-200 , how many egg can be consumed per week.?

@rathinaravi3205- It depends upon your weight. If you are excess and over weight. You need to reduce your weight. Reducing weight will reduce sugar level. If you are meat / Chicken consumer then totally avoid the same till your weight get reduced there by Sugar level. Definitely not to take non Veg after Sunset. Sleep by 10pm wake up by 5am. Early to bed, early rise, finish your dinner 2 hrs before sleep. Adding together as he pointed out protein and vegetable with your breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Added to the same either home work or exercise walking for 30-45mts are requirement. You can easily reduce your sugar level. After doing all this if sugar level is not getting reduced then Insufficient Sleep and Stress may be the reason.

Milk at night is not digestive for me then how i have to take paneer which derived from milk sir pl explain patients like me to take as as salad at evening and also a dougt if we take low starch cantained diet also Take the pills for sugar will it not lead to lowsugar at midnight😊

Good morning Dr. One small clarification pls. As you suggest we take sweet potato for breakfast. Beetroot also Root vegetable ,is it good for sugar patient.
