I've used many different serums, creams, but each time I do, I get acne and my skin gets worse. I've been using for months. I consistently use riceberry vitamin c serum. It has diminished my dark spots. My complexion is more glowy than before. Be a consistent user that's all. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen after this. I prefer riceberry for this as it suits my skin. It can be used in the morning or at night based on your preference. The texture is smooth and easy to apply and simple to apply.

I would suggest anyone planning to buy the Sunday Riley one is to watch the Dr V video about it. This product has glycolic acid and with temperature the pH of glycolic acid drops even more. So this will rather burn the skin than do any good. Got the info from Dr V's video so thought of mentioning this here

Consumption of vitamin e capsules should be done only based on the prescription of doctors. Eg : it is recommended by doctors to reverse fatty liver. Over consumption can cause toxicity. So should be very very careful. Consume foods items with Vitamin e like almonds, sunflower seeds in moderate qty
