Hi I have this machine but the detergent component does not work so i pour the detergent manually on top of the clothes. Can this cause any problem with the machine ? and sometimes when spinning it makes alot of noise and even moves from its position.

Well, means you doing something wrong. Make sure you don't fill the tub to the brim with laundry, and wash light clothes separate from heavy clothes like jeans. If this is not helpful please provide more details on how you wash and the size of your machine. Thanks.

Normally I have to hand clean my son's clothes after I wash then from the machine. But when I clean the same toddlers dirty clothes in the armco at my mum's place,they come out perfectly clean.I don't have to hand wash them.
