Hi leah, thanks so much for your help, you have been my manual, I really appreciate. I have a challenge in cleaning socks and track suits they always come out as dirty as they were put, even if I soak them, which program cleans such nylon like clothes well

Hi Christine, Thanks a lot for your comment. For very dirty clothes, it's advisable to use the normal program, but make sure you treat the stains first. For whites you can use a mixture of detergent and bleach, works wonders, and for colours you can just gently rub the detergent (liquid one) on the stain and give it a little bit of time before throwing it into tge washer. Thank you for this info it helped me out a lot I just bought this machine here in Jamaica and it was taking too long to wash but I will go with the quick wash. it is not simple because I had to watch your video. Luckily you figured out the tricks to it cause this would have taken me a good while to figure out. the fabric softener dispenser was a bust for me as well. thanks again

Hi Leah, based on your review, is it right to say that the Semi automatic washer is better than the Automatic? Because if you have to use two washing machines to do the work, then it seems the Automatic machine is less powerful as compared to the Semi Automatic machine. Just my thoughts.

Hey Kevin. Thanks for stopping by. What I can say is that the semiautomatic washer cleans better especially if the clothes are heavily soiled, because you can delay the rinse process until you are satisfied with the results. For the automatic of course you have to wait for the whole wash, rinse and spin program to end so that you can check your clothes. For me they are both important. Thanks for watching👍😍

Good Morning well done Leah. I am a 1st timer subscriber. I use the same machine and have a few questions. why don't you use the soap compartment and I thought the small one is for softener. Again sometimes my clothes are not clean enough is it the soap i use - Airtel or what is the reason? thirdly how do you measure the amount of soap you pour into the clothes. I love the machine but sometimes it disapoints me when clothes come out unclean. Please advise and good job.

Hey Kezy dear. Thanks a lot for subscring and welcome to the family. First this machine does not have a fabric softener slot. It just have for liquid soap and powder soap. The reason I don't use it is because it does not look functional to me. There is no difference in putting directly on the clothes and putting on the slot because it will be washed down as water flows. Secondly for very dirty clothes I prefer to rub some detergent on the stains before throwing the garment in the washer. That's what I do with shirt collars and sleeves. In any case I just use it for mine and hubby's clothes precisely because it doesn't clean as effectively as the semi automatic washer. But for my kids clothes I prefer to use my semi automatic washer because there I can delay the rinse process as long as I want to until am satisfied that the clothes are clean. Thirdly imagine I just use my instinct to measure the detergent like I know the amount that will be enough according to the amount of laundry am doing. Thanks a lot dear for taking time to watch. Hey Kezy. The manual talks about cleaning after 10 programs. Mine are way more than 10. I will be cleaning it very soon. I will share that video. Thanks for watching dear 😍❤️

Which one would you recommend now that you have both automatic and semi

They both have pros and cons. 1. Semi automatic gets the job done fast as compared to automatic so it saves time. 2. Semi automatic has a lot of manual work. You fill water manually, rinse and spin manually. Automatic is just that, automatic. 3. In terms of getting clothes clean, semi automatic is better in very dirty clothes because you can delay the rinse process as much as you want until you are satisfied that your clothes are OK. You can't delay the rinse process in the automatic. You just have to wait and see if your clothes are clean and maybe run another wash program if they are not clean. In that case if you were using a normal program that runs for 78 minutes(exclusive of the time water flows into the machine) which could end up being 1 and a half hours, running another program like that is just so time consuming. So thats a con. 4. The automatic washer especially this one that I have is a super water guzzler if there is any term like that. It uses so much water. When there is constant water shortage I cannot use it at all. But when there is enough water , I prefer to use it for my hubby's and my clothes because those am sure one program will get them clean. For my kids clothes I prefer to use the semi automatic one and then spin using the automatic one ( since my semi automatic washer broke the spinning part) 5. Cost- Of course automatic one is more expensive when buying and also when using because it uses a lot of water like I said. So Janet I hope this answers even your question on why I prefer to use the semi automatic washer and thanks a lot for watching dear I truly appreciate.
